1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using NeuroCoder Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the service.

2. Description of Service

NeuroCoder Pro provides an artificial intelligence platform designed to assist medical practitioners, specifically neurosurgeons, in translating operative notes into CPT and ICD-10 medical billing codes.

3. Medical Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

NeuroCoder Pro is a decision support tool, NOT a replacement for certified medical coders or physicians. You retain full responsibility for the accuracy, legality, and compliance of any medical bills or claims submitted using outputs generated by our software.

We shall not be held liable for claim denials, audits, fines, or any damages arising from the use of codes generated by our platform. All AI outputs must be reviewed and signed off by a qualified professional before submission to insurance carriers or Medicare/Medicaid.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• All subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis.
• If you exceed your tiered quota limit, additional cases will be billed at an overage rate of $1.00 per case.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided.

5. Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and API keys that you use to access the service. You agree not to disclose your password or API credentials to any third party.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant material changes via email or dashboard notification.
